At Elevated Spirits, all candles are handmade with care. Due to this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.

Once your order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Please ensure your shipping information is correct and track your order.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
