Candle Care & Safety Tips

Keep Candles Safe

Always place candles on heat-resistant surfaces and keep them away from curtains, bedding, paper, drafts, pets, and children for a worry-free experience.

Wood Wick Care Tips

After the first burn, trim the wick before each use. This keeps the flame steady, prevents tunneling, and ensures a clean, even burn.

Avoid burning to the bottom

Stop burning when about ½ to 1 inch of wax remains. This helps protect the container from heat damage and extends the candle’s lifespan.

Never Leave Candles Unattended

Always keep candles within sight while burning to enjoy their glow safely.

Burn in a Well-Ventilated Area

Make sure the room has good airflow but avoid strong drafts to maintain proper burning conditions.

Shipping & Return Policies

At Elevated Spirits, we take great care in packaging each candle to ensure it arrives safely. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, however, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any shipping issues that occur in transit must be handled directly with the carrier.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final due to the nature of our handcrafted products. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Who do you ship with?
We ship all orders via USPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No — all sales are final. Because our candles are carefully crafted in small batches, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.

What if my candle arrives broken?
We take great care in packaging each order to prevent damage. However, if your candle arrives broken, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We're here to help you through the process — just send us an email.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship within the U.S.
